Pour-over: Honduras
It's the weekend! The only time I can actually indulge in the process of pour-over coffee. I always find it more time consuming than my normal espresso rituals. Weekdays coffee-making are for my immediate caffeine needs whilst weekends are best for slow drips. This is becoming a routine for me and I am loving it.
HONDURAS (CORQUIN, COPAN)
Grams of coffee: 16g
Grind size: medium to fine
Grams (or mL) of water: 250ml
Water temperature: 100 ˚C
Bloom time: 30 seconds
Total Brew time: 3 minutes 20 seconds
Sweet and creamy were the first two words that came to mind when I tasted this coffee. A very pleasant cup to drink. You can tell that it was a well roasted batch that brings out unique flavour profiles of the beans. What a nice coffee experience.
